🎯 The Role

The Sales Order Coordinator (SOC) will be instrumental in fostering strong customer relationships and driving revenue growth within ConvergeOne's existing customer base. You'll be a strategic, solution-focused seller, showcasing our entire suite of applications.

✨ What You'll Do

Essential Functions

  • Must work EST Time Zone hours.
  • Collaborate with managers, sales support, sales directors, account executives, and solution architects to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Have strong Cisco CCW experience.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with current and potential customers.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing information requests and resolving account or order management issues.
  • Manage customer orders efficiently, including using the CRM system, preparing orders for placement with an accurate order checklist, and communicating with account executives, procurement, project management, and the customer throughout the entire sales cycle and delivery process.
  • Maximize deal profitability by taking advantage of OEM programs and promotions.
  • Use manufacturer tools to secure and maintain deal registrations and/or special pricing.
  • Partner with account executives and regional renewal managers to follow the T-Minus schedule and keep the CRM Contract Renewal Dashboard updated.
  • Send sales orders, statements of work, and other customer-facing documents to account executives for review.
  • If an account executive is unavailable, ensure that sales support specialists can assist with sending information to customers as requested by the account executive, while maintaining the account executive as the primary customer contact.
  • Guarantee that orders are accurate and aligned with ConvergeOne's best practices, including margin percentages, discounts, and order integrity using ConvergeOne's booking policy.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, participate in organizations relevant to our primary markets, and consistently improve your sales knowledge.
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and objectives, clarifying any questions with your director, and be ready to discuss these policies with customers accurately.

Additional Specific Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support ConvergeOne's strategic manufacturers during month-end, quarter-end, and year-end periods, as needed, to ensure timely order processing.
  • Provide backup and assistance to other POD or regional team members when order volume is high or for PTO coverage.
  • Attend internal and external training sessions to enhance your product and solution expertise, as well as your knowledge of the order process.
  • Collaborate with your director on task forces and internal projects as requested and appropriate.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and suggest these ideas to your manager.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degreeΒ or equivalent in a business-related field.
  • 1-3 years of sales/business experience.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency withΒ Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Exceptional listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, high-energy, with a sense of urgency.

  • Proficiency in third-party manufacturer tools, business processes, and sales engagement models.

$55,000 - $85,000

Base pay ranges are estimated. Actual base pay will be based on education, experience, location, certifications, skill set, and any other relevant factors. Incentive/variable pay opportunities are in addition to base pay.
