π― About the Role
As Sales Team Lead, you'll build and manage a high-performing team focused on acquiring restaurant partners for Bolt Food in Portugal. You'll guide your team in building relationships, negotiating partnerships, and expanding our delicious food options.
πΌ Responsibilities:
- π§βπΌ Team Management: Recruit, train, and coach your sales team, developing their skills in selling strategies, product knowledge, communication, and presentations.
- π Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs, ensure team members meet growth targets, and maintain strong partner relationships.
- πΊοΈ Sales Strategy: Develop and execute plans to increase Bolt Food's customer base, achieve sales targets, and negotiate successful deals.
- π€ Relationship Building: Generate leads, collaborate with key players, implement effective marketing actions, prioritize profitability, and nurture existing client relationships.
- π‘ Expansion & Market Analysis: Evaluate expansion opportunities, ensure supply meets demand, and monitor market trends, new products, and competition.
- π οΈ Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement innovative ways to enhance team performance, including managing and updating sales tools and resources.
πͺ What We're Looking For:
- Experience: At least 4 years in sales or a related field, with proven team management experience.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a similar field.
- Languages: Fluent in English and Portuguese.
- Skills: Excellent communication and networking abilities; strong negotiation skills, particularly in high-growth sectors (shared economy, tech, transport, startups); data-driven mindset; CRM proficiency.
