🎯 About the Role

As Sales Team Lead, you'll build and manage a high-performing team focused on acquiring restaurant partners for Bolt Food in Portugal. You'll guide your team in building relationships, negotiating partnerships, and expanding our delicious food options.

  • Experience: At least 4 years in sales or a related field, with proven team management experience.

  • Languages: Fluent in English and Portuguese.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and networking abilities; strong negotiation skills, particularly in high-growth sectors (shared economy, tech, transport, startups); data-driven mindset; CRM proficiency.
