🚀 The Role:

As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you'll be a key player in connecting business goals with tech solutions. You'll analyze processes, gather requirements, and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions. This needs a deep understanding of Salesforce and strong analytical and communication skills to work with various departments.

🎯 Your Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, processes, and requirements.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
  • Translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions (configuration, customization, integration).
  • Design and configure Salesforce features (custom objects, fields, workflows, process builder, validation rules, reports).
  • Work with developers and system administrators to implement and test Salesforce solutions.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and lead user training sessions.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce implementations.
  • Stay up-to-date on Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.
  • Mentor junior team members.

💪 What You'll Bring:

  • Essential: 3+ years' experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, successfully delivering Salesforce solutions; strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud); proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration (Process Builder, Workflow Rules, Apex Triggers, REST/SOAP APIs); experience with agile methodologies and tools like Jira; excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; ADM201 Salesforce certification.
  • Highly Desirable: Sales Cloud Consultant or Advanced Administrator certifications; familiarity with Pardot.
