🚀 Role Overview:
As our Scrum Master, you'll be a servant leader, coach, and facilitator for your teams. You'll guide them in agile methods, remove roadblocks, manage dependencies, and promote a high-performing, continuously improving environment.
⭐ What You’ll Do:
- Guide the Scrum team in agile methods.
- Help the Product Owner and Development team deliver high-quality value in small increments.
- Facilitate the team's self-organization.
- Resolve conflicts within and between teams.
- Proactively remove impediments.
- Identify and manage dependencies, coordinating with other teams.
- Cultivate a high-performing team, addressing challenges and fostering growth.
- Mentor and coach team members.
- Manage communication with stakeholders, minimizing disruptions.
- Track and report on sprint performance.
- Participate in planning cycles, including demos and statistics.
- Facilitate all Agile ceremonies.
- Engage in our Scrum Master community to improve our agile practices.
👨💻 What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master, building high-performing teams.
- A growth mindset and a passion for agile values.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.
- Experience with agile software delivery (SAFe and Scrum preferred).
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and prioritize tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to drive change.
- Excellent teamwork skills in a diverse, multi-location environment.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, including with non-technical audiences.
- Proven time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Decisive and responsible in a fast-paced environment.
