💯 About the Team


As a Securitization Portfolio Officer, you'll be an integral part of the Securitization Products Group (SPG). This team plays a key role in managing and analyzing securitized assets, contributing to the bank's success in this specialized area of finance.


✍️ Responsibilities (What You'll Do)


  • Prepare internal documentation for deal closing and booking.
  • Review legal documentation for operational aspects and advise the team on related risks.
  • Manage submissions into the SPG credit workflow system.
  • Initiate and follow up on Know Your Customer (KYC) requests and client onboarding.
  • Book trades in internal systems, reflecting financing and payments to involved parties.
  • Request and validate the commercial paper issuance process.
  • Control and validate receivables and cash transfers handled by the Middle Office.
  • Prepare portfolio reports, including conduit exposure, risk dashboards, and annual review schedules.
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting for P&L, capital, and liquidity.
  • Handle external reporting, such as investor reports, rating agency reports, and presentations.
  • Create and update internal credit memos for reviews, renewals, amendments, and waivers. Participate in credit committees.
  • Update securitization watch list reports quarterly.
  • Monitor transaction performance, update and review transaction risks (e.g., changes in concentrations, performance against triggers, covenant compliance).
  • Help maintain and update internal policies and procedures.
  • Maintain workflow and pipeline tools.
  • Assist in implementing and monitoring new or updated risk policies.
  • Collaborate with IT and stakeholders to improve SPG tools and assist in testing.
  • Review capital data inputs for accuracy.
  • Perform consistency reviews of data inputs and outputs.
  • Review and analyze the evolution of capital output.
  • Work with Risk and Finance teams to correct data inputs and capital output as needed.

✅ Requirements (What We're Looking For)


  • Graduate (Engineering School with a specialization in Finance or Business School).
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).

⭐ Preferred Experience (Nice-to-Have)


  • Excel/Access, VBA, and database skills.
  • Audit/Accounting knowledge.
  • Experience analyzing complex/structured products, related risks, and legal documentation.
  • Knowledge of internal credit and rating systems, policies, and capital, liquidity, and accounting rules for securitization.
