The Role
Solidus Labs is looking for a Senior Account Executive to sell our advanced, Artificial Intelligence-powered trade surveillance and risk monitoring solutions.
This role needs the ability to manage the special difficulties and chances in both traditional financial markets (TradFi) and the changing world of crypto and digital assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and go over a quarterly goal for new money earned by selling Solidus Labs products and services.
- Drive new business development within the US market, positioning Solidus Labs as the main provider of compliance solutions for financial institutions.
- Create and keep up a strong sales pipeline, managing the full sales cycle from the first contact to negotiation and closing.
- Clearly explain the value of Solidus Labs' HALO platform, and create and adjust sales materials (pitches, offers, presentations) for target clients.
- Compete well against older, established sellers.
- Build and grow relationships with senior-level contacts in compliance, risk, and trading at major financial institutions.
- Keep up to date on changing rules, market trends, and what competitors are doing in both digital and traditional financial markets.
- Work with internal teams, including product specialists, solutions consultants, and customer success, to make sure client involvement and setup go smoothly.
What you bring
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in enterprise software Software as a Service sales, with a proven history of selling complex solutions to financial institutions.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the financial services industry, including trading workflows, compliance rules, and risk management methods.
- Technical Acumen: Strong working knowledge of trading technology and the digital asset or crypto ecosystem is a big advantage.
- Sales Skills: Excellent skills in finding new business, presenting, negotiating, and closing large, complex deals.
- Communication: Excellent speaking, writing, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical ideas to different groups of people.
