Senior Account Executive – Asia Pacific

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by finding and securing new business chances across the Asia Pacific region.
  • Develop and carry out sales plans made for the unique needs of the region.
  • Lead the whole sales process, from looking for leads to finishing contract talks, making sure the process is easy and works well.
  • Work closely with the marketing and solution teams to make sure sales efforts match the company’s main goals.
  • Build strong relationships with main decision-makers and people who have influence, positioning Neptune Software as a trusted partner for SAP change.
  • Work in a quick, active setting, adjusting to market changes and what customers need.

Requirements

  • SAP Transformation Knowledge: Have a deep understanding of SAP systems and the processes for changing them. Must be able to explain complex solutions to clients in a clear, effective way.
  • Asia Pacific Sales Experience: Have a proven history of sales success within the Asia Pacific region. Must know local business cultures and be able to build relationships in different markets.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Be a self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and a drive to create new business chances and grow Neptune Software’s presence.
  • Team Player: Be able to work with teams across different departments, making sure everyone is aligned for success in meeting customer needs.
  • Agility & Adaptability: Do well in a fast-paced, always changing setting. Must be able to change plans to meet the market's changing demands.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

  • Proficiency in one or more key Asia Pacific languages, including Bahasa Indonesia, Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, Hindi, Thai, and Vietnamese, to better connect with regional customers and increase market reach.
