Main Purpose of Job

You will be responsible for working on key client accounts, running industry-shaping Influencer Marketing campaigns, meeting revenue targets, and supporting the team in achieving our business goals. This role will help the team design, pitch, and execute custom Influencer Marketing campaigns that partner brands with content creators.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work independently to run exciting, award-winning, creative campaigns for global clients.
  • Support reaching monthly bookings targets and new business goals.
  • Act as the day-to-day contact person for your current clients, giving them excellent support.
  • Help with pitches and client presentations in a supportive role.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to drive growth and deliver great results for clients.
  • Show a full understanding of our paid and analytics services.
  • Make sure client growth plans are current with useful and timely next steps.
  • Keep up to date on clients' billing and debt details, keeping a clear view of their internal finances.
  • Share campaign updates with the Head of Client Development. This includes any changes to commercial terms, delivery against budget, changes in expected delivery dates, and sign-offs.
  • Follow up with emails after client and internal calls, making sure all actions are finished.
  • Keep up with market trends and companies working with influencers, including competitors.
  • Stay informed about recent and ongoing brand partnerships on digital content platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Podcasts, etc.).
  • Make sure campaigns are managed well, delivered on time, and set clear expectations for internal and client people involved.
  • Make sure campaign folders are organized and all content and documents are saved.
  • Support Account Managers and Account Directors in writing briefs, creator contract templates, and proposals.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in Account Management or similar relevant roles.
  • Fluency in Spanish is necessary.
  • A strong understanding of social media platforms and the creator world.
  • Strong email communication skills.
  • Strong people skills.
  • Impressive organizational skills.
  • Confidence to work alone and on fast-moving campaigns.
  • Empathy and excitement for large global clients, with a problem-solving mind that reacts quickly to pressure if something does not go as planned.
  • Experience developing creative ideas based on strategy.
  • Excellent storytelling and presentation skills, with confidence to present under high-pressure situations.
  • Excellent understanding of social platforms and non-traditional brand communications.
  • Comfortable with key Google Drive software, especially Sheets.
  • Highly collaborative and a team player, eager to learn all parts of the business.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with reporting software or data visualization is a plus.
