About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to fuel the expansion of a rapidly growing franchise brand across the U.S. In this high-impact, full-cycle sales role, you will manage your own pipeline, close strategic deals, and help shape our go-to-market strategy. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own the full sales cycle—from first touch to signed agreement.
  • Qualify inbound leads and proactively generate new opportunities.
  • Run discovery calls and deliver convincing, personalized pitches.
  • Close mid- to high-ticket deals with confidence and care.
  • Guide prospective franchisees through key business decisions.
  • Keep a clean, organized pipeline in HubSpot (or similar CRM).
  • Share feedback and market ideas to refine our sales approach.
  • Partner with leadership on messaging, strategy, and positioning.
  • Mentor junior reps and help build a strong, collaborative sales culture.

What You’ll Bring

  • 2–3+ years of full-cycle sales experience (B2C, healthcare, or franchise sales preferred).
  • Track record of closing deals with business owners or executives.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and clear, persuasive communication.
  • Disciplined pipeline management and CRM proficiency (HubSpot or Salesforce).
  • Experience in franchising or service-based industries is a strong plus.
  • Self-starter mentality, able to thrive in a remote environment during EST hours.
