Responsibilities

  • Reach or go beyond ambitious income quotas in the assigned territory, all from the home office.
  • Build focused growth plans to take over the market, with the freedom to work on your own schedule.
  • Give virtual and in-person product demonstrations that impress prospects, using top remote tools.
  • Keep the Salesforce CRM organized, with a rolling pipeline that is always moving, from wherever you choose to work.
  • Work together virtually with the Sales, Marketing, and SDR teams to close deals and create an effect.
  • Find, qualify, and close deals with new and current clients while enjoying a life without a commute.
  • Follow the set communication schedule to keep people interested in buying, while having the flexibility to manage the day your way.

Requirements

  • 5 plus years of SaaS sales experience with a proven history of beating quotas and doing well in a remote setting.
  • Able to talk to executives, manage complex sales cycles (3 to 6 months), and close deals professionally, all through virtual platforms.
  • Get excited about policies, training, wellness, and the issues facing first responders.
  • Organized and driven, staying on top of details and doing well under pressure, even without an office.
  • Skilled in using Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and remote demonstration tools like Zoom.
  • Build trust quickly and change solutions to fit client needs, all from the remote workspace.
  • Must work within the Central or Eastern U.S. time zones.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with public safety or government buying processes is a big plus.

Salary

  • Base Salary: $80,000 USD.
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $200,000 to $225,000 USD.
  • There is an open earning potential tied to performance on Intacct migration and new customer sales, with accelerators for those who do very well.
