Responsibilities

• Back-End Design and Development:
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable APIs, databases, and server-side logic.
  • Champion Clean Code and Architecture.
  • Apply SOLID principles and OO Design Patterns.
  • Ensure maintainability and scalability.
• Quality Assurance & Testing:
  • Write unit and integration tests.
  • Maintain high test coverage and reliability.
  • Implement automated testing.
  • Contribute to CI/CD and cloud deployments.
• Gradual Transition to Full-Stack:
  • Gain front-end (React) experience via mentorship.
  • Learn front-end best practices.
  • Develop full-stack solutions with AI.
• AI-Powered Development:
  • Utilize AI coding tools.
  • Improve development speed and efficiency.
  • Stay updated on AI development.
• Collaboration & Communication:
  • Work with developers and stakeholders.
  • Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate in cross-functional teams.
  • Align technical work with business goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in back-end development.
• Proficiency in Python Django, SQL databases, GraphQL APIs.
• Strong understanding of Clean Code, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (especially React) and eagerness to transition into full-stack development.
• Understanding of cloud environments, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Interest in AI-powered development tools and automation workflows.
