About the Company

WeCodeForYou is looking to hire a qualified and skilled Senior Backend Developer to join its evolving and growing team.

Responsibilities

• Work with development teams, UI/UX designers, and product managers to create and build strong software solutions.
• Design growing and secure server-side architecture to support web and mobile applications.
• Develop and maintain well-structured, high-performance databases and backend systems.
• Build clean, efficient, and reusable APIs to connect with frontend interfaces and outside services.
• Make sure the system responds well, is reliable, and performs through thorough testing and adjustment.
• Find and fix bugs, performance issues, and system problems across development and production environments.
• Set up strong security rules and data protection plans to keep user information and business operations safe.
• Help build mobile-responsive features and full-stack applications when needed.
• Write clear, complete technical documents to support development, setup, and upkeep.

Requirements

• Strong backend development experience with Node.js, NestJS, and .NET frameworks.
• Skill with basic frontend languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Skill with database technology such as MS SQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
• Good knowledge of Restful API and SOAP API.
• Familiar with cloud technologies, including config server, cloud discovery, and cloud security.
• Experience using Java and Node.js.
• Experience in performing different types of tests, like Unit Tests and Integration tests, to make sure the development modules are high quality.
• Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
• Fluent English language skills both written and verbally.
• Experience working within a mixed environment of backends, frontends, and native apps.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Knowledge of AR technologies is a big advantage.
