TechLabs London is experiencing significant growth and is looking to expand its team by adding a proactive Business Analyst and CRM Functional Consultant to their Development Centre of Excellence in Abu Dhabi, UAE (Project-Based for 2 months, Extendable).

🎯 Job Purpose As a Business Analyst and CRM Functional Consultant, you will work closely with clients, business stakeholders, project delivery teams, and other business units to understand, define, and document complex requirements and business processes.

βš™οΈ Responsibilities (What You’ll Do)

  • Lead discussions with business and technical stakeholders to extract critical business requirements and present technical visions and solutions using Power Platform Apps and Dynamics 365 solutions with configurations, customisations, and integrations to meet customer needs and project goals.
  • Conduct requirements workshops, demonstrations, and training sessions for end-users.
  • Work closely with the Solutions team to develop solution proposals that include scope, assumptions, implementation plans, and technology solution options to meet project goals and longer-term needs.
  • Provide functional and technical input and guidance to the project team throughout the implementation to make sure accurate delivery of project plans.
  • Offer current best practices and solution alternatives as part of functional or technical design documents.
  • Communicate complex topics about solutions and related projects to audiences with and without deep technical skills.
  • Balance business users’ requests and requirements with technical constraints.
  • Assist with providing inputs to project plans, estimates, and scope for sales proposals and statements of work.
  • Document and write specifications for technical team members and developers in a clear and concise manner.
  • Create documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Requirements Specification Documents (RSD), user manuals, and other training materials.
  • Participate in implementation customization and configuration for Power Platform and Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Make sure consistent release management, change management, and project approval processes are followed.
  • Design business processes and document requirements, processes (As-Is and To-Be), features, and business needs.
  • Engage with key stakeholders in multiple business areas to scope business needs and identify key pain points to overcome, as well as define quick wins where possible.
  • Clearly convey well-defined business requirements to delivery teams and effectively communicate business processes and needs to make sure successful business outcomes.
  • Manage requirements and traceability throughout the project lifecycle, making sure effective scope control and solution compliance to business goals.
  • Demo Technology solutions and functionality to various stakeholder groups.
  • Work with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and our custom-built solution iProperty Cloud.

⭐ Required Skills and Experience

  • In-depth knowledge of Power Platform and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) Customer Engagement.
  • Proven experience building Power Platform and Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of when to use native features and when it is appropriate to use custom development.
  • Ability to communicate this information effectively to both internal and client stakeholders and team members.
  • Ability to understand our business, our technology, products, and market approaches is an essential part of this role.
  • Ability to be client-facing, including effectively communicating with the client, leading meetings, and capturing and distributing action items.
  • Exceptional organisation skills with the initiative to work without detailed guidance.
  • Able to quickly turn around tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Excellent Technical and IT skills with the ability to learn new Technologies and demo our Technology solutions to customers.
  • Strong experience in designing business processes.
  • Ability to rapidly build relationships with stakeholders with different backgrounds.
  • Experienced with business operations conducted online (distributed teams), via chat platform (Slack), Kanban boards (Trello), and communication via Digital platforms (Microsoft Teams).
  • Strong business Analysis skills are required.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken English language.
  • Having a VISA in Abi Dhabi is a must.
