About the Role: The Senior Operations Analyst will be a key player in Salsify's Partner Operations team. You'll be responsible for analyzing business metrics, managing systems and processes, and identifying opportunities for improvement. You'll work closely with the Partner team and cross-functional leaders to ensure success.

What You'll Do:

• Support partner transactions and deal collaboration
• Drive operational excellence through process improvements
• Lead partner analytics and reporting
• Partner in evolving ecosystem strategy
• Enable cross-functional partnership and alignment

What You'll Need:

• 7+ years of experience in sales operations, customer success, or BizOps at a high-growth SaaS company
• Deep understanding of the SaaS customer lifecycle
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Excel/Google Sheets
• Experience with data visualization and transformation tools (e.g., Domo, Tableau)
• Ideally proficient in SQL
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Highly organized and accountable
