NEA Dental is seeking a Senior Client Support Associate to join our team! This is a Fully Remote position based in Dunwoody, GA.

🤝 The Role

The Senior Client Support Associate is a key player in providing top-notch support to our VYNE Payor and provider clients. You'll be the go-to person for advanced operational support, ensuring timely issue resolution and keeping clients happy.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Provide advanced, direct support for payor and provider operations related to VYNE Dental products and services.
  • Become an expert on VYNE Dental's products and services.
  • Help the team meet its performance goals.
  • Troubleshoot EDI document processing errors and collaborate with trading partners to solve them promptly.
  • Understand payor and provider business processes to better assist clients.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, external vendors, and dental providers.
  • Monitor incoming EDI issues and prioritize them.
  • Offer support and training to internal team members.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all product-related issues needing review and escalation to the development team.
  • Keep the VYNE system and knowledge base updated with contact info, support details, and communications.
  • Make sure that manuals and documentation for VYNE products are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Document all client interactions with precise and thorough notes, following established procedures.
  • Be a valuable team member and consistently showcase VYNE's core values.
  • Take on other tasks as needed.

🔎 What We're Looking For

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, MIS, or a related field or at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Knowledge: A solid understanding of Healthcare EDI transactions, particularly 837, 270/271, and 835.
  • Skills:
    • Knowledge of SQL or other related database tools.
    • Strong problem-solving and creative thinking abilities, with the capability to make informed decisions.
    • A high level of integrity and dependability, coupled with a strong sense of urgency and a focus on results.
    • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Advanced problem-solving and consultative skills.
    • The ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication, as well as time management skills.
    • Proven presentation and meeting skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace products.
