  • Craft an exceptional experience for our top/enterprise customers, transforming their post-sale journey into a seamless success story.
  • Become a Dashlane expert and devise winning rollout strategies tailored to each customer's unique needs, fostering password habits that revolutionize their entire organization.
  • Take ownership of a diverse customer portfolio, proactively addressing their needs and identifying opportunities for internal development.
  • Collaborate closely with customers to define clear goals, success criteria, and program strategies that drive value, renewal, and expansion.
  • Serve as the go-to subject matter expert, educating customers on Dashlane's value proposition and product features through various channels, including phone, email, and product demonstrations.
  • Conduct regular customer health checks to monitor behavior, mitigate renewal risks, and seize missed opportunities for enhanced success.
  • Manage and resolve customer requests, diligently collecting product feedback, and feature requests, and fostering valuable testimonials from our existing customer base.
  • Achieve and surpass quarterly quotas, ensuring Dashlane's continued success in retaining and growing account revenue.
  • Build long-term customer relationships, empowering them to navigate uncharted territories within their organizations with the support of our customer success team.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with our customer service and support team to ensure swift resolution of technical product-related issues.
  • Grow alongside your peers, expanding your knowledge of the ever-evolving digital security landscape. We understand that most new team members may require some basic training on Dashlane and general password management topics, and we're here to support you every step of the way.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of proven excellence in customer success, sales, or account management.
  • 3+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS/Tech environment, where you've consistently exceeded expectations and achieved assigned activity/sales quotas.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Unparalleled organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills to excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • A creative and entrepreneurial mindset, eager to contribute to building a thriving business, embracing change, and operating in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
  • A strong sense of accountability and responsibility, demonstrating a willingness to go the extra mile with an unwavering work ethic.
  • Ability to thrive with minimal supervision for day-to-day tasks, and effectively handle new or complex assignments with limited guidance. Self-direction and resourcefulness are key.

  • Capacity to think critically, troubleshoot, and solve complex problems in a fast-paced, data-driven, and metrics-oriented environment.
  • Domain knowledge and experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Enterprise Password Management, or related Information Technology/Security verticals.
  • Familiarity with cloud and on-premise IT environments, enterprise web technologies, directory services (MS Active Directory, etc.), endpoint and network management.

Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary range of $117,000 - $137,000 in base plus variable pay.
