Your mission
We are looking for a proactive (Senior) Customer Success Manager to drive customer success and growth with our advanced SaaS solution.
In this role, you will take full control of key accounts, help customers become true product champions, and work closely with our Sales team on chances to sell more.

Responsibilities
Develop and support strong relationships with customers and internal teams, building trust and long-term teamwork.
Make sure customers succeed by helping them fully use the potential of deskbird’s solutions.
Lead and manage customer projects, from planning through finishing and ongoing support.
Organize and lead customer meetings, project start meetings, and training sessions.
Find and close chances for growth and selling more within current accounts.
Act as the main contact point between internal departments and customers, helping to improve the product.
Adjust and make customer systems better to fit their specific needs.
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in a B2B Customer Success role, ideally within the SaaS industry.
Proven history of building trusted relationships with B2B clients and delivering measurable business value.
Customer-first mindset, known for empathy, being proactive, and a strong focus on service.
Good at analysis and focused on solving problems, with the ability to handle challenges through practical, positive results.
Excellent communication and people skills, allowing for effective teamwork with internal groups and senior contacts.
Native-level skill in English (German or French is a plus).
