💼 Job Description

Position Overview:

We're looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our Category Management Division, which manages over €1 billion in P&L. You'll be focused on improving product and category metrics to enhance customer experience and drive financial performance.

We're seeking a senior, business-oriented, technical data analyst who can spot opportunities and develop action plans from large datasets. You'll be a strong fit if you are comfortable diving deep into business data, questioning the status quo, clearly presenting findings, and possessing strong Power BI skills.

🎯 Responsibilities

You'll join a team of engineers and analysts focused on key strategic initiatives impacting product assortment, availability, forecasting, and profitability. We work in an agile manner. Your typical day could involve:

• Working with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytical needs.
• Building new datasets and creating Power BI reports.
• Brainstorming new ways to present our data to accelerate business value.
• Sharing your data analysis and visualization expertise.
• Communicating your findings to non-technical colleagues.
• Continuously learning and sharing your knowledge with the team.

You'll also conduct regular analysis of business and data indicators, build forecasts, perform retrospective analysis, provide data insights related to budgeting, and support UX research with data analysis. You'll be expected to take ownership of your work, act independently, and mentor junior analysts.

🔎 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data, product analytics, data science, business intelligence, with e-commerce experience a bonus.
• Expert-level Power BI skills.
• Advanced SQL and Python knowledge.
• A thorough understanding of data processing.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• A problem-solving mindset and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
