About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our Product Analytics Hub. You will partner with product teams to extract value from our data, build outstanding products, and drive growth. Your insights will directly influence key product decisions, enhancing our customers' experiences.

Responsibilities (What You’ll Do)

  • Conduct detailed analysis of user behavior and product performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, translating findings into actionable insights.
  • Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests and other experiments to optimize product features and improve user engagement, ensuring statistical rigor.
  • Identify and deliver scalable methods for self-serve product analytics, empowering product teams to make data-driven decisions for faster iteration and improved product outcomes.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and experiences to identify opportunities to improve customer experience (CX).
  • Contribute to the identification, development, and delivery of data-driven products.
  • Support data governance initiatives, aligning measurement and metrics across business areas and domains.
  • Engage with data colleagues and peers to foster cross-team learning and knowledge sharing.

Requirements (What We’re Looking For)

  • Experienced Senior Data Analyst with a strong product analytics background, ideally in a fintech/SaaS company.
  • Advanced SQL skills and experience with data modeling tools, particularly dbt and BigQuery.
  • Deep experience with data visualization tools, specifically Looker and LookML, and product analytics tools such as Amplitude.
  • Customer-centric approach to solving business problems, using data to improve customer experience.
  • Strong statistical knowledge, with experience in experimentation at scale.
  • Passionate about building high-quality, robust, and user-friendly dashboards and tools for diverse stakeholders.
  • Understanding of business and product strategy, to provide actionable, insightful recommendations.
  • Strong sense of ownership and responsibility, with the ability to manage and deliver on multiple projects with close attention to detail.
