The Role: 🔬
As a Senior Data Analyst for Veeva Link (a suite of data applications providing deep data insights), you'll be the go-to expert on data structure and quality. You'll ensure data meets product goals, perform data analysis for stakeholders, and collaborate with various teams (product management, data operations, data governance, engineering, and QA).
What You'll Do: 📊
- Guarantee data quality and compliance meet our high standards.
- Extract data from databases (like Redshift and Mongo DB).
- Analyze large datasets and generate insights.
- Pinpoint data gaps and quality issues, providing root cause analysis.
- Build and maintain a technical data model (entity relationship diagram).
- Create custom reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
What We're Looking For: 👍
- A university degree in an analytical or technical field (e.g., bioinformatics, applied mathematics).
- 3+ years of data analysis or data quality experience, including experience with life science data.
- Experience in complex organizations, reporting to senior management.
- A proven track record of managing data analytics projects.
- Advanced SQL skills (joins, subqueries, subquery factoring).
- Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with large databases and complex datasets.
- Skills in data visualization tools (e.g., Superset, Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
