What You'll Do 🛠️ As a Senior Data Engineer, you'll be part of a team that's vital to the company's data infrastructure. You'll be responsible for:
- Designing, testing, and deploying scalable data transformation pipelines, including building data marts for business analytics and machine learning.
- Implementing data transformation and governance platforms, with dbt expertise being essential.
- Collaborating with various teams to gather requirements, design data models, and create solutions for the business's analytical needs.
- Working with engineering and analytics teams to optimize data systems, making sure they're high-performing and scalable.
- Setting up best practices for data observability, including data integrity checks and fixing any discrepancies.
- Contributing to data governance by maintaining proper documentation, data lineage tracking, and following security protocols.
- Partnering with business leaders to understand data needs and making adjustments to data systems with the engineering team.
What We're Looking For 🔎 We're searching for a talented individual with:

Significant experience in data engineering, focusing on data transformation, data mart design, and data observability.

Proven experience with dbt and cloud-based data management platforms like AWS or similar.
- Solid knowledge of SQL, Python, and database programming. Experience with Ruby or other coding languages is a bonus.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
