The Role 🎯

As a Senior Data Scientist, you'll be at the forefront of using AI and analytics to solve complex business problems in retail, CPG, and the agro-industry. You'll collaborate with various teams, build predictive models, and present data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

What We're Looking For 🔎

• Required: 6-8+ years of hands-on data science experience, focusing on retail, CPG, and/or agro.
• Required: Proficiency in Python (pipeline creation, pytest, Pandas), R, and SQL. Strong understanding of machine learning, predictive analytics, and statistical modeling.
• Required: Deep knowledge of the retail CPG industry, particularly in agro. Familiarity with relevant datasets, trends, and KPIs.
• Required: Excellent communication skills; ability to present data insights clearly to diverse audiences.
• Required: Experience with cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Preferred: CI/CD experience; model deployment and monitoring experience.
• Preferred: Bias for action, strong prioritization and time management skills.
• Preferred: Proactive, curious, adaptable personality.
