The Role

As a Senior Expert Network Deployment, you'll be instrumental in driving network expansion within Vodafone Portugal's Transmission Network. You'll collaborate with TowerCOs, external partner deployment teams, and internal teams like Network Operations, Radio, and Enterprise Engineering.

What You'll Do

• Proactively deliver and promote ideas for network expansion.
• Work independently, taking ownership of cross-departmental initiatives.
• Design and enhance processes, including the introduction of new, cost-effective technologies and projects.
• Participate in working groups to address specific challenges.
• Serve as the primary contact for vendors, external companies, and service providers involved in TX Access network expansion.
• Generate project reports and insights from internal databases and workflows.
• Maintain adherence to all legal requirements, regulations, and Vodafone's health and safety guidelines during network deployment.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree
• Professional experience within the telecommunications sector.
• Strong expertise in transmission and data technology, as well as in the construction/conversion of telecommunications systems and infrastructure.
• Excellent experience in microwave (MW) design, implementation of deployment processes and workflows, and related departments.
• Strong conceptual and analytical skills, with in-depth knowledge of professional project management.
• Negotiation skills in managing internal and external suppliers within the specialist area.
• Very good knowledge of English (written and spoken) and Portuguese.
