The Role
This is a highly visible role with significant growth potential! You'll be working directly with senior management personnel at a multi-billion dollar healthcare leader. You'll be a key player in supporting the finance and operations teams throughout the proposal and contract process.
What You'll Do
- 🧮 Develop pricing models for new business opportunities and RFPs
- 📊 Prepare and manage status reports for ongoing pricing initiatives
- 📈 Evaluate Pro Forma and IRR models for new capital projects
- 🔍 Identify critical financial and operational performance trends through detailed analysis
- 💻 Build and refine financial models, conduct financial statement reviews, and perform ad-hoc analyses to drive strategic decisions
- 💰 Generate and implement budgets for new business units
- 📑 Assist in the financial reporting of capital expenditures and project budgets
- 🤝 Review and evaluate contract drafts, while creating and managing processes to track key financial metrics within contracts
What You Need
- 💪 Adapt quickly to new concepts and work independently
- 🧠 Solve complex business and financial challenges with dynamic financial models
- 📊 Demonstrate strong analytical abilities in interpreting and evaluating intricate data sets
- 💻 Possess advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and various data systems
- 🗣️ Showcase strong communication and interpersonal skills with professional business acumen
- 🤝 Collaborate effectively across teams and build cross-functional relationships
Qualifications
- 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Engineering preferred; MBA or advanced degree is advantageous
- 💼 At least 3 years of experience in finance, with a minimum of 2 years in a related role preferred
