The Opportunity 🧑‍💻 We're searching for a Senior Frontend Software Engineer focused on Mobile and Web to join our CODE (Consumer Digital Experience) team in Portugal (remote)!

As a Senior Frontend Software Engineer, you'll be a passionate developer focused on high-quality, timely deliverables. You'll contribute to architectural decisions, suggest improvements, and collaborate with the product team and stakeholders in an agile environment.

You'll take ownership of key features, review pull requests, and participate in all squad architectural decisions. You're data-driven, simplifying development scope and bringing bold, innovative ideas to the table.

Your Impact

  • Maintain and improve our native and web applications.
  • Help define the architecture of systems and integrations, drive innovation, and keep design documentation current.
  • Ensure successful deliveries and maintain the long-term technical health of our journeys.
  • Uphold high code quality standards, fostering pride in developers' work.
  • Promote development best practices like code reviews, pair programming, and TDD.
  • Develop reusable code for future use.
  • Participate in incident resolution and troubleshooting in production.

Who You Are

  • You have experience in web/mobile development.
  • You can develop pixel-perfect components following best practices for performance, reusability, and accessibility.
  • You have experience with accessibility (mobile and web).
  • You have experience working with modern agile product development teams.
  • Experience with ReactJS/React Native ecosystem is a must.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Well-developed communication skills, able to clearly articulate ideas to groups.
  • You can communicate with teammates and stakeholders asynchronously and in English when needed.
  • Experience with our Tech Stack is beneficial.
  • Experience with TypeScript and other component-driven libraries/frameworks.
