🎯 The Role

As a Senior Full-stack Engineer, you'll be a key player in enhancing our DoiT Navigator product. You'll collaborate closely with product managers and developers across teams, actively participating in product decisions.

🛠️ Responsibilities

• Feature Implementation: You'll manage the entire lifecycle—from proposal and specification to implementation and maintenance—and proactively suggest product improvements.
• Code Review: Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality.
• Codebase Health: Dedicate time to address technical debt and improve the overall health of our codebase (one day per week).
• Feedback & Collaboration: Actively contribute to team planning, discussions, and feedback sessions to identify potential challenges early on.

💪 Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of software development experience as a Backend engineer.
• Languages: Solid understanding of programming languages; Go experience is a plus, but a willingness to learn is essential.
• Cloud Experience: Experience in a production environment with Google Cloud is highly valued, AWS experience is also beneficial.
• System Design: Proven experience in system design.
• Continuous Learning: A commitment to continuous development and learning.
• Engineering Practices: Knowledge of robust software engineering practices.
• Git/GitHub: Proficiency with Git and GitHub.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Work Style: Self-organized, goal-oriented, self-motivated, confident, thorough, and tenacious. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
• Bonus: BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.

This remote position is open to candidates located within the EMEA region in one of our legal entities: UK, Ireland, Israel, Estonia, France, Netherlands, Sweden, Germany, and Spain.
