🎯 The Role: Senior Game Designer

As a Senior Game Designer, you'll be a key player in shaping the creative vision of our flagship Match-3 title. Reporting directly to the Studio GM, you will:

• Define Creative Vision: Lead the creative direction for our Match-3 prototypes, ensuring alignment with studio goals.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with engineering, art, and product teams for seamless game development.
• Establish Design Workflows: Develop and improve design processes and tools for efficient innovation.
• Develop & Execute Testing Strategy: Implement a robust testing framework to inform design decisions.
• Drive Player-Centric Design: Use player feedback and market research to enhance gameplay.
• Coordinate with Growth Team: Partner with marketing to align design with marketability strategies.
