The Role 🚀

We're searching for a talented Senior Game Developer with a solid grasp of the casual mobile game market to help us build fun, innovative games. You'll bring fresh ideas to gameplay features and add your unique touch.

• Responsibilities:
  • Create innovative, hit games.
  • Write robust code for millions of users.
  • Analyze and adapt mobile game mechanics.
  • Contribute new ideas for game features.
  • Contribute to key decisions with a senior, multidisciplinary team.
  • Refine game design, oversee testing, and revise based on player feedback.

What We're Looking For 🔎

• Must-Have:
  • Creative and innovative mindset.
  • Advanced Unity knowledge (5+ years), including C# scripting, UI systems, physics, animation, particle systems, etc.
  • Experience with complex gameplay mechanics, AI systems, and custom tool development.
  • Skill in identifying and fixing performance bottlenecks, focusing on memory management, frame rate, and load times.
  • Experience with analytics-driven development and A/B testing in live games.
  • Strong sense of gameplay and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Proven track record with successful mobile games.
  • Professional game development experience.
• Nice-to-Have:
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
