We're looking for an Senior HR Operations Specialist to join our team as our new #bloqstar. You'll help our HR team keep our people happy and ensure HR processes run smoothly.
What You'll Do
- 💪 Manage our HR Information System (HRIS) to keep data accurate and make smart decisions.
- 🤝 Be the go-to person for employee questions and support them throughout their journey.
- 🤝 Work with Finance and Legal teams on payroll and HR policies to make sure everything’s compliant.
- 🤩 Help us offer awesome employee benefits and address any questions.
- 📚 Identify training needs and create the best programs for our team.
- ✍️ Create and update company documentation.
- 💡 Research HR trends and suggest new ideas and best practices.
- 🎉 Organize internal events like meetings and team-building activities.
What You Need
- 🇵🇹 Fluent in Portuguese and excellent English communication skills.
- 💼 At least 3 years of experience in a versatile HR role in a fast-paced environment.
- 💻 Experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS) and a good understanding of labor law and HR best practices.
- ✅ Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects.
- 🤝 Great ability to assist diverse people with care and respect. You're empathetic and understanding.
- 🗣️ Excellent communication skills to work with different stakeholders.
- ✨ A proactive approach to work, ready to help with various HR functions.
Bonus Points
- 🇫🇷🇮🇹 Understanding of French or Italian is a plus!
