What Does Nimber Mean?

What You'll Do
- 💻 Windows desktop support, fixing operating system/driver/software issues
- 🖥️ Dell environment, Microsoft 0365 Office support, SME on SharePoint and Teams end-user support
- 🔐 Account administration (Active Directory, group policy, Okta, logon problems, remote logon issues)
- 📱 iPhone email support - Airwatch (mailbox setup and synchronization issues)
- 🎫 ServiceNow experience, ticket and escalation handling
- 🎙️ AV meeting room support and troubleshooting (Cisco VCs, Solstice, App Space)
- 🤝 Liaise with HQ team and local AV vendor
- 🦸 Regional Technical Lead, escalation point for other desktop members
- 🚨 Opening tickets with Microsoft
- 🛡️ Windows vulnerability management via RiskSense and PowerShell scripting
- 🔄 Asset life-cycle replacement, reporting, and recycling
- 📊 EMEA meeting room monthly reporting
- 🚀 Roll out of Tanium & ControlUp
- 🤖 Process automation: Power Automate, MS Forms
Nice-to-Have
- 👍 Experience with ITIL principles (Incident, Problem, Change, and Configuration Management)
Must-Have
- 🗣️ Excellent English communication skills
