💼 The Role
As a Senior Marketing Operations Analyst, you'll be a key player in helping Commvault's marketing team use data to optimize strategies and campaigns. You'll be analyzing data, creating reports, and sharing insights that drive growth and improve customer engagement.
🎯 What You'll Do
- 🚀 Lead Analyst for PLG: Guide the Product-Led Growth, Global Campaigns, and Account Based Marketing teams.
- 🔍 Data Analysis: Gather, refine, and analyze marketing data from different sources to spot trends and opportunities.
- 🤝 Collaboration: Work with different teams to share insights, address process issues, and propose improvements.
- 📊 Reporting and Dashboards: Build and maintain reports and dashboards to show campaign and PLG performance across the customer journey. Share key findings with partners.
- 📈 Performance Reporting: Give marketing leaders regular performance reports and insights to help them make data-driven choices. Use visuals like graphs and infographics.
- 🎯 Customer Segmentation: Use data to identify customer groups and create target lists for specific marketing initiatives.
- 💡 Industry Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, data analysis techniques, and new tech. Suggest ways to improve how we analyze data.
- 🤖 Automation: Look for ways to automate and improve how we collect and report data.
- ➕ Other Projects: Help with other analysis and projects as needed.
🤔 Who You Are
- 🎓 Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Math, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 💪 Experience: 5+ years of experience in marketing data analysis and producing insights. Experience in the software industry is a bonus.
- 📊 PLG/ABM/Campaign Experience: 2+ years of experience analyzing and building data dashboards for Product Led Growth (PLG), Account Based Marketing (ABM), and campaign performance.
- 💻 Tools: Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce).
- 🧠 Marketing Knowledge: Solid understanding of marketing principles and familiarity with digital marketing channels like SEO, SEM, email, social media, etc.
- 🛠️ Technical Skills: Strong ability to use data manipulation, analysis, and visualization tools such as SQL, Python, R, Excel, Tableau, etc.
- 🔎 Data Insight: Capable of working with large data sets to find useful information and draw insights.
- 🤔 Critical Thinking: Able to ask questions and troubleshoot data issues.
- 🖼️ Data Visualization: Proven ability to present data in clear and insightful reports and dashboards.
- 🗣️ Communication: Excellent communication skills. You can explain complex findings to people who aren't technical experts.

Compensation & Perks
- 💰 Base Salary: $68,000 - $195,500
- 🎁 Benefits: 401(k) plan, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), and pet insurance.
