Responsibilities
- Configuration design, development, and support of Maximo EAM v7.x implementations.
- Troubleshoots process/functionality related issues and resolves escalated tickets related to the Maximo application.
- Analyzes the Maximo application change requests and details the related business requirement with the requestor.
- Assists in solution design for change requirements as a key functional resource.
- Proactively brings ideas based on his/her experience and understanding of the business users’ needs for new development and enhancements.
- Assists in business process redesign as needed.
- Communicates the solution to business directly or through other support personnel.
