Our AI Team's Mission 🧠

Our AI team uses AI and ML to deliver high-quality, personalized clinical care at scale. We collaborate closely with our clinical team to develop ML-powered features that determine the best course of action for each patient. We strive to make the experience feel like a 1:1 session with a physical therapist. Our projects include decision support systems for clinical prescription management, member prioritization systems, and engagement systems that surface relevant data. We're focused on enhancing the personalization and human touch of our AI care using the latest advancements in generative AI.

What You'll Do 🛠️

• Contribute to the design, development, evaluation, deployment, and improvement of Sword's AI/ML-powered products.
• Develop and maintain data processing pipelines.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, and Engineering teams to implement AI/ML features.
• Share your ML expertise and help establish best practices.
• Identify and lead initiatives to expand AI/ML capabilities within Sword's products.

What You Need 💪

• 4+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning.
• Proven experience implementing and maintaining production ML systems.
• Strong SQL and Python skills, and experience developing production software.
• Proficiency with the Python data stack (NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Scikit-learn, etc.).
• Experience leading complex projects from start to finish.
• Experience providing technical guidance and mentoring.
• Ability to quickly learn and tackle new challenges.
• Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Bonus Points ⭐

• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience building data processing pipelines.
• Experience with LLMs and Generative AI.
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP or AWS).
