• Collaborate with a team to research, develop, deploy, and maintain software.
• Contribute ideas for process and system improvements.
• Partner with Business Analysts to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Apply software solutions to diverse business challenges.
• Research, evaluate, and implement new tools and technologies.
• Translate customer needs into detailed functional and design specifications.

🎯 What We're Looking For:

• Required: 5+ years of progressively responsible software development experience.
• Required: Proven expertise in .NET and SQL.
• Required: Experience with the Agile development lifecycle.
• Preferred: Experience with Angular & Maui.
• Required: Meticulous attention to detail, strong critical thinking skills, and a dedication to high-quality work.
• Required: Residency in one of the following states: AL, GA, ID, LA, MO, OK, SC, TN, TX, UT, WI.
