Senior Process Mining Consultant in Insurance – Remote (Germany, Spain, Italy, Poland)

Responsibilities

• Manage projects and analyze Celonis insights to identify business value opportunities.
• Translate findings into actionable improvement initiatives.
• Drive value realization by aligning stakeholders and defining KPIs.
• Conduct workshops with business teams to prioritize use cases.
• Develop business cases and track ROI for process improvements.
• Act as a trusted advisor for process optimization strategies.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of process mining methodology and the Celonis EMS platform.
• Ability to interpret data-driven insights and communicate them clearly to executives.
• Experience in stakeholder management and supporting change initiatives.
• Proficiency in value tracking and defining relevant KPIs.
• Fluent in English.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Insurance knowledge is considered a plus.
