The Role 🧑🎨 We're looking for a skilled and passionate Senior Product Designer to join one of our client teams! In this role, you will play a key part in crafting user-friendly experiences across multiple platforms.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with a team to design user-centric experiences across platforms, contributing to research and design decisions.
- Develop and maintain visual style guides, component libraries, and design languages within Figma, ensuring seamless communication with the development team.
- Champion company values, guide team members, and participate in design reviews, promoting user-centered design practices.
- Keep up with design trends, tools, and methodologies, sharing insights with the team and working with different departments to ensure design aligns with business goals.
- Refine design processes, identifying and implementing best practices to boost efficiency and creative output.
What We're Looking For

5+ years of experience designing user-centered products, coupled with leadership abilities.

Proven ability to guide and support team members.

Experience aligning design efforts with business goals.

Expertise in design tools, particularly Figma. ProtoPie experience is a bonus!

Strong commitment to a customer-first design approach.

Active involvement in design critiques and refining design processes.
Bonus Points
- Experience with Fintech or Banking Products.
- Familiarity with usability testing and A/B testing.
