Senior Product Designer, Integrations

👋 About the Role

We're searching for a talented and motivated Senior Product Designer to join our Integrations team! If you're passionate about crafting seamless user experiences and have a knack for solving complex problems with elegant design solutions, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

You'll be a key player in shaping the future of our integrations, helping businesses easily connect PandaDoc with their preferred tools and workflows.

What You'll Do

• Drive the design vision for PandaDoc integrations, nurturing and supporting our Integrations strategy.
• Optimize user journeys, focusing on making integration discovery, exploration, and use simple.
• Identify challenges, validate solutions, and discover new opportunities through user testing, customer conversations, and interactive prototypes.
• Manage the entire design cycle, from research to implementation.
• Share your design solutions effectively with teammates, stakeholders, and customers.
• Collaborate closely with product owners to refine designs based on findings, experiments, and feedback. Work hand-in-hand with engineers to develop and implement solutions.
• Champion design excellence.
• Embrace a customer-centric approach across the team.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in product design.
• A strong product portfolio that you're excited to showcase.
• The ability to balance innovative product ideas with user satisfaction.
• An understanding of how solving user problems positively impacts the business.
• A growth mindset and a constant drive to improve user experiences.
• The ability to understand and value both data and the bigger picture.
• The ability to present information effectively to an audience in a clear and engaging manner.
• Upper-intermediate English skills (verbal and written).

• Experience designing integrations.

Your Future Team

Our UX Team includes 23 designers, 5 researchers, and 1 copywriter. Within the Integrations team, we're passionate about building connections that empower our customers. Our team includes talented designers, engineers, and product managers who work together to create intuitive user experiences, implement integrations, monitor performance, and gather user feedback.

The Tools We Use

• Figma for design and component library storage.
• Coda for internal workflows, checklists, and playbooks.
• Slack and Zoom for communication.
• Miro for collaboration.
• Zeroheight for design documentation.
• Amplitude, UserVoice, UserTesting, Rally, and others for gathering user feedback.

The Interview Process

1. Interview with a recruiter.
2. Interview with a Hiring Manager.
3. Case study presentation with Product Leaders (showcasing real design work, iterations, and decisions).
4. A collaborative "Jam Session."
5. Interview with the Chief Product Officer and Vice President of Design.
