As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our authentication solutions, driving product innovation, and ensuring customer delight.
Your Impact
In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for envisioning, developing, and delivering cutting-edge authentication solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. Your expertise in authentication technologies and your ability to manage multi-team development will be critical in bringing innovative ideas to life. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, UX, Security, Sales & Marketing, to ensure that our products align seamlessly with both user needs and business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Champion user-centric solutions by translating customer needs into a coherent vision, strategy, and roadmap that drives business growth.
- Advocate tirelessly for the customer, leveraging data, research, and direct feedback to continuously enhance product offerings.
- Develop deep market expertise through regular competitive assessments and positioning analyses, identifying opportunities for differentiation.
- Orchestrate the execution of your strategy, leading cross-functional teams from problem discovery to solution delivery, ensuring measurable customer and business value.
- Foster alignment and collaboration within cross-functional teams, providing clarity on goals, roles, and desired outcomes. Drive decision-making and resolve bottlenecks with a proactive and collaborative approach.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate initiative success, refine your strategy as needed, and report on progress to stakeholders, including the Executive team.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience, with a focus on technical, innovative products in cybersecurity, authentication, or related fields.
- Proven ability to strike a balance between innovation and pragmatism.
- At least 1 year of experience working with cybersecurity principles and a solid understanding of the Identity and Access Management landscape.
- Fluent in written and spoken English, with exceptional communication skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
