🎯 What You'll Do

• 🔎 Research and Strategy: Investigate customer needs and market opportunities to craft product roadmaps and define requirements.
• 🎯 Product Direction: Set a clear product vision based on customer insights and performance data.
• 🤝 Collaboration: Partner with engineering, design, and business teams, as well as users and customers, to develop and launch impactful features and products.
• 📊 Metrics & Impact: Work with data and engineering teams to establish clear metrics for measuring the success of your product launches.
• 🤝 Cross-Functional Partnerships: Collaborate with Leadership, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to develop strategic go-to-market plans.

💪 What You'll Bring

• 💼 Experience: 3-5+ years of professional product management experience at a startup or a top-tier product team within a large tech company.
• 🚢 Product Shipping: Proven track record of successfully launching at least one full product or a significant product feature as a lead product manager.
• 🎨 Design Collaboration: Experience working closely with designers and engineers, iterating on visual and UX designs to achieve optimal results.
• ❤️ Design Enthusiasm: A genuine appreciation for exceptionally well-designed products, catering to both consumers and businesses.
• 🤔 Tech Curiosity: A natural curiosity about emerging technologies and forward-thinking ideas about the future of technology.
• ✍️ Communication & Craft: Demonstrated pride in product development, evident in innovative product ideas, well-written product specifications, and clear communication.
• 💻 Technical Acumen: Previous software development experience or a related technical background, enabling you to seamlessly manage a team of engineers and their daily deliverables.

🎁 Benefits & Perks

• 💰 Compensation: The annual salary for this role is $130,000 to $190,000, including equity and benefits. The exact starting salary will be based on factors such as skills, education, experience, and location.
