🎯 The Role:

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you'll build, drive, and iterate on go-to-market (GTM) processes, strategies, and execution for our flagship CI/CD product. You'll work with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.

What You'll Do:

• Create and evolve our market positioning for our flagship CI product.
• Deeply understand customer needs and personas across the buying journey.
• Conduct regular competitive analysis and provide market insights to drive GTM strategy.
• Contribute to pricing and packaging for Bitrise CI (and add-ons).
• Optimize the user journey with onboarding workflows, email campaigns, and in-app messages.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to build and execute GTM plans and product/feature launches.
• Create compelling marketing assets (landing pages, campaigns).
• Develop sales enablement materials (messaging and collateral) for our direct sales channel.
• Drive and optimize the self-service journey for SMB audiences.
• Define goals, coordinate product launches, and measure post-launch impact.
• Stay updated on market trends and the competitive landscape.

💪 What We're Looking For:

• 7+ years of experience in tech-heavy B2B SaaS.
• Demonstrable value and outcome-driven product marketing experience.
• Ability to market complex products to technical and non-technical buyers.
• Expertise in product marketing and a successful track record of launching new features and products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Team player with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Strong organizational and dependency management skills with great attention to detail.
