The Role 💼

This role involves managing the entire project lifecycle for cross-department tech initiatives that are key to AUTODOC's strategic business development.

What You'll Do 🛠️

• Manage the full project lifecycle for tech initiatives across various departments, supporting strategic business development.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets to effectively achieve project objectives.
• Identify and address project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively, ensuring successful project outcomes.
• Make sure all projects align with the organization's mission, values, and ethical standards.
• Collaborate closely with tech team members (architecture, engineering, product, QA, etc.) to ensure successful project delivery and with business stakeholders to ensure deliverables meet their needs.
• Build strong relationships and partnerships with other organizations and external stakeholders.
• Champion and contribute to continuous improvement in the product and engineering communities.

What We're Looking For 🔎

• 7+ years of experience in a similar project management role.
• A proven track record of successfully leading complex technology projects.
• Strong experience in project planning, stakeholder management, and risk analysis.
• Excellent communication skills, including fluent English, and the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical individuals.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to develop strong relationships with stakeholders and team members.

Nice-to-Haves 🎁

• Experience working with Agile methodologies and product development best practices.
• Project management certifications like PMP or PRINCE2.
• Knowledge of the automotive industry.
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, and other collaborative tools.
