Truveta seeks a results-oriented Senior Research Analyst to join their research team. This role involves collaborating across departments (communications, marketing, engineering, product, and research) to leverage a vast EHR dataset (100+ million patients) for impactful research. You'll transform complex data into actionable insights, sharing findings through writing, visualizations, and presentations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end research studies (literature review, design, analysis, presentation, and written reports).
- Develop and document data analysis code (R/Python).
- Create various written materials (blogs, abstracts, manuscripts) for diverse audiences.
- Manage multiple projects, communicate timelines to stakeholders, and adapt quickly to various clinical areas.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Provide researcher input on developing research solutions.
Requirements π―

Education:Β Master's degree in a quantitative field (statistics, mathematics, computer science, engineering, or economics).

Data Analytics:Β 3+ years of hands-on experience with R and/or Python for publication-ready analyses in health sciences.

Scientific Publication/Writing:Β 3+ years of experience creating research publications (peer-reviewed manuscripts, abstracts, blogs).

Collaboration:Β 3+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams and communicating research to non-technical stakeholders.

Self-Starter:Β Proven ability to deliver high-quality projects under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Communication:Β Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both scientific and non-scientific audiences.
Preferred Skills π
- Experience with statistical programming, time-series, survival, and longitudinal data analyses.
- Proficiency with SQL and PowerBI.
- 2+ publications (including at least 1 first-authored publication).
- Experience translating scientific findings for lay audiences.

Salary:Β $167,000 - $191,000 (based on location, experience, and skills). Additional compensation may be available.
