The Role 🚀

This Senior Research Consultant role focuses on delivering high-quality, on-time, and on-budget research projects for international pharmaceutical clients. You'll be a key player in understanding and responding to the needs of healthcare professionals and patients, using various behavioral frameworks to provide actionable insights.

What You'll Do 📝

• Manage projects daily, leading update meetings and participating in delivery workshops.
• Moderate interviews, design reports, and deliver client presentations.
• Define research design and planning for proposals.
• Lead project teams using diverse methodologies (RWD, PMR, AIML, etc.).
• Manage all project aspects (scope, quality, resources, risk, timelines).
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks.
• Facilitate decision-making internally and with clients.
• Recommend solutions to client challenges.
• Identify new business opportunities.
• Support business development (proposal writing, pitch development).
• Contribute to the EMEA community through networking and collaboration.
• Elevate IQVIA's profile through conferences and thought leadership.

What We're Looking For 🔎

• University degree and 5+ years in life science or healthcare consulting.
• 6-7+ years in consultancy and/or market research (pharmaceutical experience preferred).
• International/cross-country project experience in the pharmaceutical sector is a plus.
• Proven project management skills with strong client relationship-building abilities.
• Exceptional analytical skills (quantitative, qualitative, data integration).
• Experience building relationships with senior client roles.
• Knowledge of life science industry developments.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Fluent English.
