The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Quantitative market Research dynamics and have a proven track record of delivering actionable insights that drive business growth. This role requires business development, project management, and the cultivation of strong client relationships, all while leading a high-performing research team.

Qualifications:
- Experience: A minimum of 8-12 years of experience in Quantitative Market Research and Business Development and Sales Orientation
- Leadership Experience: Proven track record in a senior role, ideally within a market research agency or from Consulting Background specifically to Insights Division.
- Analytical Expertise: Strong expertise in both quantitative research methodologies, with a deep understanding of data analysis techniques and tools.
- Primary Research Proficiency: Expertise in primary research and the ability to synthesize primary findings with secondary research to generate insights.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage and influence high-value client relationships.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive actionable insights from complex data.
