🚀 About the Opportunity:

How You'll Make an Impact:

• Develop technical processes to support retail operations, managing inquiries and issues.
• Create reporting dashboards to analyze operational metrics, identify bottlenecks, and optimize costs using unit cost economics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, using data to understand customer needs and drive improvements.
• Oversee the health of owned processes throughout their lifecycle.
• Communicate process status, impact, resource needs, and issue resolutions.

🎯 What We're Looking For:

• Required: 2+ years in technical project management, business analysis (ideally with SaaS applications). Experience automating manual processes using tools like Excel, SQL, and data integrators. Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and build strong cross-functional relationships. Intermediate SQL skills. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Fluency in English.
• Preferred: Experience building and maintaining reporting dashboards. Ability to navigate complex data formats. Resilience in the face of change and challenges.
