🚀 About the Role Motive is building a top-tier sales organization and seeks talented professionals to join their Sales Development team as a Senior Sales Development Representative for the Enterprise segment. You will help transform a major industry by setting qualified meetings for Account Executives. As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact, communicating how Motive can connect the world's trucks and automate freight.

💼 Job Responsibilities

• Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails.
• Qualify accounts based on specific criteria.
• Identify prospect needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
• Schedule meetings between prospects and Account Executives.
• Follow up with prospects if meetings need rescheduling.

🎯 What We're Looking For

• Strong work ethic and drive.
• Ability to handle rejection and persevere.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Salesforce experience (a plus).
• Previous cold calling experience (a plus).
• Coachable with a team-focused mindset.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Must be located in Austin, TX, or Nashville, TN.

💰 Compensation

• The on-target earnings (base pay + commissions) for this role are $85,000 USD.
• Compensation may vary based on education, experience, and certifications.
• Total compensation may include restricted stock units for some roles.
