What You'll Do
- 🤝 Develop relationships with different teams at HireRight
- 🎯 Set and execute a strategic business plan
- 🔍 Identify potential clients and develop a contact strategy
- 🤝 Schedule meetings and manage the sales cycle
- 🎤 Present HireRight's services at meetings, seminars, and conferences
- 🚀 Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
- ⏱️ Respond to all inquiries within 24 hours
- 💻 Maintain our sales database (Salesforce)
- 📝 Manage Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs)
- 📈 Ensure accurate and effective presentations to clients
- 💰 Determine appropriate pricing for opportunities
- 🤝 Collaborate with the onboarding team to ensure smooth transitions for new clients
- 📊 Contribute to sales meetings and pipeline reviews
- 🤝 Facilitate seamless client handoffs to support teams
What We're Looking For
- 🎓 High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred
- 💼 Minimum five years of experience in enterprise-level field sales
- 🧠 Knowledge of background screening marketing and relevant legislation (employment screening, data protection, security)
- 💼 Experience in HR or recruitment is a plus
- 💪 Proven track record of successfully selling or implementing complex business solutions
- 🤝 Experience working in a cross-functional environment
- ✍️ Strong skills in documenting customer needs and requirements
