Senior Sales Operations Manager 💼

ActiveFence is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Operations Manager to elevate our operational excellence and drive revenue growth. Based remotely in the New York area, you'll play a pivotal role in refining our lead-to-cash process, providing strategic insights, and instilling operational discipline within our GTM organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Process Navigator:
    • Lead the optimization of the sales operational rhythm as a trusted advisor to sales, marketing, and other departments.
    • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing to align strategies, qualify leads effectively, and streamline processes for business growth.
  • Strategic Advisor:
    • Be a strategic thought partner to our cross-functional leaders, shaping and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
    • Support the weekly top-line forecast process, analyze pipelines, and promote the adoption of forecasting tools.
  • Tech Stack Maestro:
    • Own and maintain our sales tech stack, ensuring seamless integration and functionality of Salesforce, Gong, Zoominfo, LinkedIn Navigator, and Outreach.
    • Support the implementation of new tools and safeguard the accuracy of sales data for enhanced decision-making.
  • Enablement Champion:
    • Lead sales enablement initiatives, training sales teams on best practices, tools, and technologies.
    • Continuously explore ways to boost sales productivity and shorten sales cycles through innovative methods.
Qualifications:
  • Educational Background:
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related business field.
  • Sales Operations Expertise:
    • 5+ years of proven experience in Sales Operations within a software sales organization.
    • Demonstrated ability to drive processes end-to-end, from concept to execution.
    • Proficiency in extracting insights from reports and dashboards to drive actions.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Advanced knowledge of Gusuite & MS Office.
    • Familiarity with sales methodologies (including MEDDIC) and sales force automation tools.
  • Personal Attributes:

    • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication and critical thinking skills for in-depth process understanding.
    • Strong planning and process orientation.
    • Ability to operate in ambiguous situations and set clear objectives.
    • Self-motivated, proactive, and actively engaged.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Salary Range: $200K - $250K OTE
  • Location: Remote in New York Area
