The Role: 🛠️

• Architect, design, and implement user-facing features from start to finish.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to prototype and build product features.
• Communicate effectively with engineers, product managers, customers, and partners.
• 70% development focus, 30% dedicated to requirements, mentorship, and supervision.

What You'll Bring: 💪

• 10-15+ years of software engineering experience.
• Expert-level knowledge of the Microsoft .NET technology stack (C#/.NET, ASP.NET MVC, Web APIs) and SQL databases (Microsoft SQL Server or similar).
• Proficiency in HTML5 and JavaScript; experience with front-end frameworks like React and Knockout.js is a plus.
• Ability to empathize with users and advocate for their experience.
• Ability to use a data-driven approach for product decisions; A/B testing experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and technical writing skills.
• Experience with Git, unit testing, debugging, profiling, Visual Studio, JIRA, and other developer tools within the Microsoft technology stack.
• B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, or a related field.

Compensation: 💰

The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $126,000 USD - $182,000 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Total compensation includes base salary, annual bonus, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package.
