The Digital Engagement Team

Our Digital Engagement Team is dedicated to empowering agents and supervisors to efficiently manage email, chat, SMS, and social interactions seamlessly. We're focused on delivering exceptional digital-first omnichannel experiences, combining a personalized human touch with the power of technology. We integrate with Five9 inbound and outbound voice solutions to create connected customer journeys across various channels, including email, chat, SMS, webchat, video, and social messaging apps. What You'll Do

As a Senior Software Engineer in the Digital Engagement Team, you'll be designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions that integrate digital channels with our contact center's voice solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• 💻 Software Development: Write high-quality, efficient, and maintainable code.
• 🔍 Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• 📈 Project Management: Ensure development stays on track and aligns with business objectives.
• 🤝 Team Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and quality assurance professionals.

What You'll Need

Required Skills & Experience:

• 👨‍💻 Java Expertise: Proficiency in Java with 5+ years of professional experience developing Java applications.
• 📊 Data Analytics: Proficiency in building reports using Looker with BigQuery (2+ years of experience).
• ☁️ GCP Cloud: Proficiency in GCP cloud data services, streaming technologies, and handling large datasets.
• 📡 Messaging Systems: Experience with messaging systems and data pipelines.
• 🔐 Web Security: Awareness of web security best practices and the ability to implement security measures.
• 🤝 Collaboration: Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• 🎯 Quality Focus: Strong commitment to delivering high-quality code and solutions.
• 🎓 Education: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline.

Additional Requirements:

• 🚨 On-Call Availability: This position requires the ability to be On Call.
